A few weeks ago, my car was side-swiped on the driver’s side, damaging the front door, rear door, and quarter panel. Unfortunately, I don’t have any before photos. After contacting my insurance company, they provided me with a list of approved repair shops. I chose Superior Auto Body because they’re the only Tesla-certified shop in my area, and I was able to get an appointment that same morning. They performed an initial inspection and took my car in immediately. From start to finish, my point of contact was Jr., and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed throughout the repair, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. About two weeks later, the repairs were complete, and the car looked fantastic. Like any quality paint job, I knew I’d need to bring it back after the paint had time to cure for the final finishing. I returned it two weeks later, and after three more days, the finish was absolutely perfect. I had a great experience here at Superior Auto Body. Pablo was the agent that walked me through the process of what my repairs would entail. He provided excellent customer service and was very transparent with cost for everything. There was a couple items I wasn't satisfied with once repairs were compete so I reached out to Pablo and he was able to get my car back into the shop the same day I called. I would recommend this location to any Tesla owner looking for a body repairs and exceptional customer service.

Quality paint and body work at a fair price! I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for minor paint and body work to the rear quarter panel and bumper. Jr wrote a fair out of pocket estimate on the spot and keep me informed thought-out the repair process. The quality of the paint repairs is top notch, and the team went above my expectations with a cut and buff of the new finish. Looks absolutely perfect and no evidence of the body repairs.

Will go there again. These guys are great! We had a "customer pay" (no insurance) job, most body shops can not think outside their little box. Superior came up with great solutions for us, without breaking the bank. Just to qualify, I retired from insurance work and I have dealt with over 75 repair facilities. We are very happy with the professionalism and work that was performed.

Got into a minor accident with my Tesla and I needed the whole side of my car repaired so i looked online and found Surprior Auto Body a certified Tesla repair center. Jr was my rep and was amazing he had my car towed to there center and handled it in a professional and timely manner he set a completion date and met that date. There repair center is pretty big organized and there work is close to perfect there was no big orange peel or obvious sanding marks or fish eyes it had plenty of clear and looked like factory. I highly recommend this shop for Tesla repair or for any other vehicles.
